Common questions

Before you book.

Is it safe to exercise during cancer treatment?
For medically stable individuals, tailored exercise is widely recommended before, during and after treatment. We work with GP, consultant or oncology clearance where appropriate, individualise every programme to your treatment and side effects, and monitor fatigue closely as we progress.
Can I start before treatment (prehabilitation)?
Yes. Prehabilitation builds strength and fitness ahead of surgery or treatment, which can support recovery. We assess your baseline and set a plan around your treatment schedule.
How much does a rehabilitation programme cost?
Every pathway starts with a £95 clinical assessment. Complete programmes are £750 (cardiac), £700 (pulmonary), £800 (Long COVID), £750 (cancer) and £650 (post-viral / ME/CFS). Individual supervised sessions are £55 and remote/hybrid sessions £45. You can spread the cost with Pay It Monthly.
