Who it helps

Who is it for?

The programme combines clinical assessment, symptom-led exercise prescription, energy management and education to help you regain confidence, improve function and return safely to work, exercise and daily life.

Every programme is tailored to the individual — rehabilitation is progressed according to symptoms, functional capacity and recovery goals rather than a fixed exercise plan.

This programme supports

  • Persistent fatigue following COVID-19

  • Breathlessness
  • Post-exertional symptom exacerbation (PESE/PEM)
  • Deconditioning following illness
  • Difficulty returning to work, exercise or daily activities

Common questions

Before you book.

How is Long COVID rehab different from ordinary exercise?
Recovery isn't about pushing harder. We build the programme around post-exertional symptom exacerbation (PESE/PEM), using pacing and energy management with a carefully graded, symptom-led return to activity — progressed by how you respond, not a fixed plan.
Can sessions be done remotely?
Yes. We offer hybrid in-clinic and remote appointments, which suits Long COVID recovery well — so you can progress without draining the energy you're trying to rebuild.
How much does a rehabilitation programme cost?
Every pathway starts with a £95 clinical assessment. Complete programmes are £750 (cardiac), £700 (pulmonary), £800 (Long COVID), £750 (cancer) and £650 (post-viral / ME/CFS). Individual supervised sessions are £55 and remote/hybrid sessions £45. You can spread the cost with Pay It Monthly.
