Who is it for?

Who is it for?

A pacing-led, symptom-guided programme for people living with CFS — built around sustainable activity, not a fixed exercise plan.

Chart of daily steps against a clinician-set energy envelope, with days inside and outside the range and daily symptom context
Pacing within your energy envelope keeps activity sustainable and avoids symptom flare-ups.

Our approach is pacing-led and symptom-guided, centred on energy management and avoiding post-exertional symptom exacerbation (PESE/PEM). We assess your triggers, work within sustainable limits, monitor your response and adjust continuously.

This programme supports

Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS)
Post-exertional symptom exacerbation (PESE/PEM)
Persistent, disabling fatigue
Exercise intolerance
Reduced physical function
Unrefreshing sleep and low energy
Difficulty returning to work or daily activities
Figure sitting with a low-battery symbol on the chest, representing the depleted energy of chronic fatigue
Chronic fatigue can leave your “battery” permanently low — our programme helps you rebuild capacity safely, without pushing into crashes.
