Rebuild your heart, lungs and stamina | under expert supervision.
Specialist cardiac rehab, pulmonary rehabilitation and long COVID recovery programmes, led by an HCPC-registered clinician. No NHS waiting list.
Whether you're recovering from a heart attack or bypass, living with a long-term lung condition, or still fatigued months after COVID, we build a supervised programme around where you are now.
Pick the recovery that fits your condition.
Each programme is assessed, measured and progressed individually not a generic gym class. Every plan starts with a full clinical assessment.

Private cardiac rehab in Liverpool, without the NHS wait.
After a cardiac event, the weeks that follow matter. Our clinician-led cardiac rehabilitation programme helps you return to activity safely rebuilding exercise tolerance, managing risk factors, and restoring confidence in your own body. We screen your readiness first and liaise with your cardiologist or GP where it's clinically appropriate.
Ideal for anyone recovering from a heart attack (MI), coronary artery bypass graft (CABG), stent or angioplasty, or living with stable heart failure and for self-pay patients who want faster access than a hospital waiting list allows.
The four phases of cardiac rehab
Understanding your event, medication and current limits before we begin.
Gentle, monitored return to movement with symptom and effort checks.
Progressive conditioning with risk-factor education and lifestyle coaching.
Independent, confident exercise to protect your heart for the long run.
Conditions & procedures we support
Breathe easier and do more with pulmonary rehab.
Pulmonary rehabilitation combines graded exercise, breathing retraining and practical education to help you manage breathlessness and get more out of everyday life. It's designed for people living with COPD, asthma, bronchiectasis, or lingering breathlessness after a chest infection and for anyone whose lungs are holding back their activity.
You'll learn to pace exertion, control breathing pattern, and build exercise tolerance in a supported, measured way with progress tracked at every session.
What your programme includes
Baseline breathlessness, exercise tolerance and functional goals.
Techniques to reduce breathlessness and recover control during effort.
Progressive aerobic and strength work matched to your capacity.
Confidence to manage flare-ups and stay active independently.
Who it helps
Long COVID rehab that respects your energy limits.
If fatigue, breathlessness or brain fog still linger months after COVID-19, recovery isn't about pushing harder it's about pacing smarter. Our long COVID rehabilitation programme is built around post-exertional malaise (PEM), using energy management, breathing retraining and a carefully graded return to activity rather than a one-size-fits-all exercise plan.
Available at our Seaforth and Speke clinics, with hybrid in-clinic and remote support so you can recover without draining the energy you're trying to rebuild.
What we work on
Practical strategies to avoid the boom-and-bust of post-exertional malaise.
Breathing pattern retraining for post-viral breathlessness.
Managing cognitive fatigue alongside physical recovery.
A symptom-led route back to work, exercise and routine.
Symptoms we address
Assessed. Measured. Progressed.
Every pathway follows the same rigorous route the difference is in the detail of your plan.
Full clinical assessment
We review your history, event or diagnosis, screen your readiness, and set clear, objective goals together.
Your supervised programme
A personalised plan of graded exercise, breathing work and education delivered in-clinic or as a hybrid remote programme.
Measured progress
We re-test and adjust as you improve, then transition you to confident, independent long-term maintenance.
Clinician-led recovery you can trust.

Programmes led by an HCPC-registered physiotherapist with independent prescribing qualifications.
